Refund policy

We want you to love your Trendify products. Here's our policy:

Damaged or Defective Items: 
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support cem25170@gmail.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size: 
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check size guides and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Lost Packages:
If tracking shows no movement for 25+ days, contact us. We'll investigate with the courier and issue a full refund if lost.

Processing Time: 
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once approved.
