SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship worldwide from our global fulfillment centers.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days  
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Australia: 10-16 business days
- Europe: 10-16 business days
- Rest of World: 12-20 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer competitive international shipping rates. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount - check our homepage banner for current offers.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, please contact us at cem25170@gmail.com or via Live Chat.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking has not updated for 25+ days, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier and issue a full refund or reshipment if the package is confirmed lost.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipping are not possible.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us at cem25170@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
